BuildBIM in collaboration with Construction Workshop and Aquaheat, developed the modeling and coordination of the HVAC specialty for the new Fisher & Paykel Healthcare complex. The construction has a total area of 35,700m2, integrating offices, a laboratory, modeling area, manufacturing area, warehouses and a large-scale distribution center.

Advanced BIM has been a customer requirement for this project, including apart from digital coordination, as well as the embedding of information in the model to be used in Facilities Management once the construction stage is finished.
