BuildBIM provided Construction BIM Coordination and Modelling on the AHL 02 Datacenter Project, which will be the largest datacenter ever built in New Zealand. The 11,600 m2 level 40MW facility will be built on a five-hectare site in north Auckland. BuildBIM provided coordination, modeling and shop drawings to the general contractor, Hawking Construction, rationalising the design in order to adapt this complex building for New Zealand seismic conditions. Works included management of architectural, structural, civil and building services models.
